Looking Down a Garden Path

My mom gave me this sweet little lady to adorn my garden several years ago and I enjoy finding new places for her to rest from year to year. My lastest post for her is in this old chippy garden chair with a window painted by a talented antiquing friend resting there as well. Many years ago when I belonged to a garden club, we decided to paint rocks for our gardens and I thought this one looked liked an old shoe... the kind you need a button hook for.

  1. Thanks for visiting my blog. This is my first visit to your blog. I love the statue that your mom gave you. What a treasure. I always read about wonderful antique events in Tx, but have never been there. When Mary Emmerlings Country Home was on HGTV, I loved stories about Germantown & Round Top. I have seen stories in mags too.
