Rusty Red Truck

Our friend Jack has a rusty red truck. Jack and his family are "jacks of all trades" and have done lots of good work around our house. If you look closely, behind his truck you can see the scaffolding they are using to put new siding on our house.

Jack's truck is just the best faded red color. The photo doesn't do it justice. Jack says it has over 400,000 miles on it and I believe him. As cool as the outside is, the inside is a total wreck. All the stuffing in the seats is coming out and it looks like 3 cats had one hell of a fight. It just makes me want to run back to the garage and get my duct tape. It doesn't bother Jack so I will shut my trap, but the artsy crafty one who likes the outside of the truck wants to fix up the inside so that it will have that j'ne sais quoi too. Excuse me if I got my French spelling wrong. Something tells me I did. Anyway, the only muse inspiration from me lately is this old truck. Hope you like it too.
