Is It a Doohickle or What?

We have a great new store in our Northeast part of Houston called the cutest name....Doohickles.
rodeo, christmas, doohickles 006 It is a handcrafted gift emporium with just awesome creations of art. The artisans are from all over, but primarily Texas, and each piece is carefully reviewed for quality by the owners.  Stacey Siders and her husband are the proprietiors.

My first visit there I just had to buy one of these handmade journals for my son who enjoys penning deep thoughts.

  3. Hi Kitt,
Great crosses and jewelry. Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I met Barbara and her husband Valentines as they stayed in my vacation rental... Le Shiloh Shabby Chateau, very, very nice people.

  4. If you appreciate handmade artsy things (wooden pens & wine bottle stands, glass and wooden bowls/baskets, metal wall hangings such as crosses & mountain scenery, mobiles, natural soaps, clothing accessories, yard decor, homegrown potpourri, jewelry, and more) that are truly unique and the fact that everything is made right here in the U.S. - some of it from right in Summerwood & the Humble area, then this is the place to shop. It's like going to a mini art show!
Let's help supoprt our local economy and small business owners and shop at Doohickles, now, I do!
