A few years ago I read a book by this title and found it very inspiring. It is about a little boy who grows up in a life of turmoil in South Africa and finds inspiration for his survival again and again. The title echoes in my mind…over and over…
On day 2 of this New Year, I am looking for some blogging subject inspiration. How about you? So what do you think about this idea?I have decided from time to time to blog about one word that I find inspiring. I challenge you to think about that phrase…the power of one….and perhaps share your one word and/or pic inspiration.
My first one word inspiration is Christ.

Kitt, what a wonderful post and idea for posts. The "power of one word", I'm so sorry I missed this post when you first did it. I think God is giving so many of us just One word at a time, so we can think and pray over it. Thank you also, so much for your precious link to the Bible Study. ReplyDeleteIt's hard to top the word you picked, but I guess I'd have to choose "peace". It's something I've struggled with for years, and it's always true that the further I stary from Christ, the less peace I have.
Getting closer to Him is my plan for the New Year.
